REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE :

If you receive a defective or incorrect item we will replace it as fast as possible. Please report the issue to us via support@izmydog.shop and make sure to provide photo evidence. We only replace items if they are incorrect or defective / damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. These issues, however, have to be reported 1 day upon receiving the product, so please make sure to check your product for defects as soon as it arrives.

We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

REFUNDS:
